This Massachusetts inspired roll adds chopped celery to the original Maine Event. This is a roll suited to a lobster purist, who might prefer a little crunch.
The Long Island adds both diced celery and onion to the Maine Event. Much like the Mass Roll, this will provide the lobster purist with a mild crunch without detracting from the crisp taste of the lobster.
